Received Letter for delay processing on I485
Hey VAWA family I receive a letter from NBC stating that processing for my I485 is being delayed due to workload. Has anyone received a letter like this? and if so how long after was your I485 approved? I submitted my I485 in September 2024 along with medicals after my VAWA was approved in July 2024. Since I didn’t file concurrently I waited 3 years until VAWA was approved to submit my I485. I was married to a US Citizen.

so far my case is approved in March 2024 and they requested medical in Nov 2024 Medical received Dec 27. now waiting on green card approval
