I didn’t but this is what happen. My lawyer filed a motion to dismiss my removal proceedings and judge signed it dismissed without prejudice.

That is good thing, normally judge sign for your case adjustment too. I think you are in good hands and you can apply for 485.

Okay great bc I was in removal proceedings since 2002 and the case was administratively closed that year. So we filed 2022 august 29th and she signed it November 9th. And got removed from immigration court.

2019 we filed i30 and i485. I30 Was approved and i485 was administratively closed due to the fact that I was in removal proceedings

I was under tps since 2001 that’s the reason they administratively closed my case which ended up hurting me when I was applying for the i485. It took 2 months in a week for the judge to reopen my case and dismissed my case.

Hello Everyone. My hearing was supposedly to come up on Monday and on Thursday prior to the hearing my Attorney received a mail from OPLA Houston reviewed my case for PD AND USCIS and may dismiss proceedings without prejudice l. Is this good and what is the next step and what's my faith
