This happened with my VAWA case. My address was incorrect because I filled it out with the wrong number from my home. I only realized it when I hired a lawyer and they requested my FOIA.

just use notification service of USPS will notify you about all incoming packages or correspondences. also they will forward all your mails from old addresses to new addresses. simple. I got all forwarded mails from USCIS by using this service.

you can also send a form to USCIS with your current address.

yes this happy to me. till this day I’m not sure why but I had changed my address. however it got delivered 2 weeks later or so
