RFE after i—140 approval
Hi everyone. so wanted to know if anyone has similar experiences. kinda weird but well. I filed for i-140 Nov last year and got approved early this year. received my approval notice. Then several 30+ days later I receive RFE on the already approved i-140. Lawyer responded to the RFE basically saying we have the approval and it stands because we didnt get any notice of revocation or that the approval was in error. its been 4 months since that letter was sent to USCIS. No response yet. any ideas #i-140, #NIW

They were not convinced my work has national interest benefit…. meanwhile it was clearly stated in my petition by my lawyers. it looks as though they never read it…
