RFE ETA 750b form I140
today I got rfe to ask for eta750b form. While I did submit it with my package but somehow Uscis didnt get it. I did change the new job and my lawyer said I need to resubmit I140 and Employment Letter. Has anyone have same issue? How to make sure no missing forms since I did submit all forms to lawyer and they now didn’t remember if they submit full package. lol. I really appreciate your sharing since I want to hear second opinions different from my lawyer. Thanks!#eb2

just do what your lawyer is telling you maybe your lawyer submitted everything but uscis tends to lose some stuff
