RFE: Failed to answer Public Charge inadmissibility questions.
Hello, Last week, I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) regarding the 'Public Charge' section. It seems I need to mark 'Yes' on Part 8, specifically questions 61 and 62-68, on Form I-485. My question is, do I need to submit the entire form again, or just Part 8?" #i-485 #RFE

yes you must submit the entire forms again with the section you need to work on. If you send only that section, they’ll send another RFE.
