Besides photos and marriage certificate, you should submit joint lease, joint ownership of home, joint bank accounts, etc anything else that shows to USCIS that you are living together. Check a list of recommended documents on boundless.com

Thanks lolu M, we aren't living together yet, she travelled down to my country for us to get married, stayed for 3weeks before departing back to the US. Hence, no joint lease or account

if she or u have transferred money to each other send the print out of money gram transcripts. chat screenshots, photo with family friends relatives, photos of travel, boarding pass whatever u find to support ur marriage can be sent. affidavit from a few relatives preferably persons from US who attended ur wedding can be sent.

maybe they just missed that you have filled I-130a? If I were you, I would ask an attorney. If that’s not an option, I would resend the I-130a form with all supporting documents, attach a copy of I-130 and write a cover letter that you have submitted this form already last year with your initial application and now sending the copy again
