@Tom Bom yes there’s a high chance of you not going for interview. cuz if you were they would have sent you RFE and ask you to bring Medicals along side while coming for your interview but if they didn’t do that then you are good to go. so just keep the faith up and keeping doing you. it’s coming very soon and you are almost there okay. congratulations 🎊🎉 in advance.

mine was waived!!! I think yours will be also. I just got the approval two days ago, a month after they received my medicals at NBC God is good all the time!

@Tom Bom NBC recieved my medical rfe on 23 January 2025 and yesterday they sent me a letter for an interview scheduled in march in San Diego. so nothing is certain now. I wish you good luck.. pray for me aswell, much needed 🤞🏼🙏

@Tom Bom exactly, nothing is certain now. I was really expecting it to be waived after all this time, especially when they requested Medical on 6th December 2024. my vawa was approved on 26th September 2024 after 45 months 😵‍💫
