RFE no update a received, I-485.
I submitted my RFE response package (most recent tax return 2023) to USCIS on March 12, 2024, since then I have no update that they have received my RFE response, the status in my online account is still "RFE sent" , there is not an update to "RFE response received". Is it normal that the status is not updated to 'RFE Response Received', or how long might it take for it to update?
Envié mi paquete de respuesta RFE (declaración de impuestos más reciente 2023) a USCIS el 12 de marzo de 2024, desde entonces no tengo ninguna actualización sobre que han recibido mi respuesta RFE, el estado en mi cuenta en línea sigue siendo "RFE enviado", no hay actualización a "Respuesta RFE recibida". ¿Es normal que no se actualice el estado a '"Respuesta RFE recibida", o cuanto podría tomar para que se actualice?

do you have a tracking number to see if it was delivered? That’s what my lawyer went by and about a week after it showed delivered, they updated it online as “RFE response received”

@Patiently Waiting No, I do not have a tracking number. My document preparer told me that he sent the package the same day I provided him with the evidence (12/03/2024).

@regina1193 22 who send your documents ask him he have your tracking numbers sure and you r good same time they update after 4 to 8 week when I sent my rfe response for I-130 they tack 8 week to update because Field office they told me that

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 the rfe is for form I-485. Since I submitted my I-485 form, I attached evidence of medical exam and tax returns (tax returns until 2022 since the 2023 return could not yet be submitted), but they asked me again for the most recent 2023 tax return, as well as a work letter from my husband and pay stubs for the last 6 months. I hope it is enough and I can have an approval soon 🙏.

@iatha Dennis-Campbell my document preparar too, tax returns 2021,2022,2023, and W2 form for each year. Also a work letter from my husband and pay stubs of the last 6 months.
