I find it difficult to understand, why after a case for USCIS has been approved...it takes them soooo long to send the files to NVC???? like, I don't get it. AT ALL. Feel free to educate me 🤦🏾♂️😣

status remains at: "Case Was Approved And My Decision Was Emailed"

they already sent it off. you need to reach out to NVC not USCIS

I don’t believe the status moves any longer. if you haven’t recieved an email from nvc, try reaching out.

will try to reach out to NVC but what's the purpose of the app if indeed it isn't updating. Does anyone else feels this is the case? 😬

I'm writing to everyone about any case that you have pending. Please take the time to write your local congressman about your pending USCIS case. We need to put pressure on this system. Look up your local congressman, they should have a web page where you can discuss an issue. Choose immigration or anything close and give a brief description of your case. Include your case #. We need to band together to create change. SPREAD THE WORD! Do this today lets help each other out.
