just try to connect with another live agent! some are very rude and others are really nice. same thing happened to me, one agent didn’t want to accept my expedite request so I disconnected and got another agent and she accepted it without any issues

Do you need to provide proof at that moment you request for expedite via live chat?

I just got disconnected by one like 5 mins ago. they are not informative, they have no information at all. just damn rude and disgusting. I cannot tolerate them.

they will ask why you want to expedite and they will write that down and sent it to the responsible office

if it doesn’t work for you through the website you can try with your congressman or congresswoman

just be aware that congressman route can take up to 30 days before a response from USCIS

I tried it today to request for expedite and the live agent provided me a referral number. she said USCIS will contact me within 5 days.

Update: I requested for an expedite service yesterday via USCIS live chat and now the status of my case has been updated to Expedite request received. I believe majority of this type of request has been denied but I'm just pushing my luck.

I requested to expedite my EAD 13 days. I haven’t heard anything since writing to Emma. I’m still waiting on biometrics but hoping that expedite will trigger the biometrics appointment. If anyone is in the same boat please feel free to share what their experience is.
