Hi e eisr, no I do not have any updates. No EAD or AP, no interview date yet, and I havenāt received any RFEs.

PD January 13th 22, yesterday my case updated to actuvely reviewing again, and my husband (us citizen) got RFE, š„ŗšš»

Hi guys! just wanted to share an update on my case. I just chatted with a live agent through Emma and asked if my case is currently under review by an officer or if itās still in queue to be reviewed, and I was told my case is currently at my field office (San Antonio TX) with an officer, and once a decision is made I will be notified. I also asked if I should expect an interview, and I was told my interview was waived.
I donāt know if I should trust this? but hopefully itās true.

great news a friend of mine in SATX too had his 130 approved on thanksgiving he filed the las week of December 2021. it looks like they are working in San Antonio

another friend of mine got the medical RFE on dec 5th in San antonio and she submitted 4 weeks after I did. today its my my case 1st year birthday

Thanks for the update, Whatās your friendās PD? My case 1st year birthday will be December 20th. By the way, I spoke with my immigration attorney last week, she said SATX field office is currently training a lot of new personnel and are processing very few green card cases, they are mostly processing citizenship cases. She also said 2 of her clients got approved for green card without interview in SATX field office.

Thank you! finally after almost 13 months. By the way itās a combo card! My attorney submitted an outside of processing time inquiry on 12/9/22 so I guess that helped too

Of course, also FYI Iāve seen some i485 approvals without interview at san antonio field office lately so I am hoping our time comes very soon!

Hi @whysoslow seriously I have not received green card yet. Only combo card on January 2023. Good thing is that we can submit an outside of processing time inquiry soon as San Antonio is currently at 16 months. My inquiry date will be June 24
