My time is Coming 😭🥲Apr 3, 2022
moving is not going to make your case move faster moving you will have your case at the bottom of the pile when they change the field office if you move

I don’t think that’s how it works. I heard people getting called for interview within one month of moving out from Seattle. I am moving to Los Angeles next month so we will see. PD-August 2020 February 2021 -EAD and AP February 2021- Ready to be scheduled March 2022 - EAD extension March 2022 - Medical RFE

@D r you will see for yourself? so you think that whatever case the officer is working on you think she/he is going to put that case away and work on yours fast? so you can get scheduled? thats not how it works

Butter Doll-I just confirmed it with my lawyer, you are right. Apparently officers don’t go by PD at all so our case upon moving will be places at the bottom.

I heard from my lawyer that Seattle field office is approving few cases without interview due to lawsuits. more in case of 751 cause it is stopping new voters in making

I filed in May 2020 and only a week ago (exactly two years since filing) i got a status of “ready to be scheduled for interview” …. god knows how long more I would wait for the interview 😭
