second time Case is being actively reviewed
hello dear community,
I had my marriage based interview in May last year, and since then I haven’t gotten any decision. Last Friday my status changed from “Interview was scheduled” to “Case is being actively reviewed”, so that it’s my second time it’s being reviewed. I got so excited and I was checking the documents tab ever since, and guess what - there is nothing there…
I just wanted to see if someone is in the same boat?
all I read is that people fine an approval right after the status has changed to actively reviewed, but I guess it’s not my story.

yup but uscis has been slow for the past couple of days, I have a request for evidence but it’s not showing up on the documents tab

yea I’m not sure…
I saw some people posted that they got the same on the exact same day as me and the day after they found an approval letter

@Anna Miller I heard more than one person say that whenever they delay in replying after the interview, they come home to check if the marriage is true or not. Did this happen to you?
