my sentoe got respond fron uscis-
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) conducts background and security checks on applicants and certain petitioners for immigration benefits. These checks are necessary to ensure United States national security and public safety interests
anyone experienced with this step and what outcome.

i think regular answer to everybody who does inquiry through congreswoman or senator I have not. did inquiry yet just had surgery will do this up coming week though I believe we are in same timeline January 2021 right I wish by the end of year our vawa will approve

my faith and feel like
if takes that long wont be good outcome:( I dont know this thing make me sick cant hold it anymore my life literally gone waiting this so sad for us

@Retired Ninja, I did My interview June 2023, after the interview the IO says I will hear from them Shortly, but I never heard back from them, each time I called them or sent Enquiry online, they keep saying they are conducting background Checks and until all the necessary checks are Completed before they can make a Decision on My Case. Finally it was June 2024 I got approved and received My GC.
