It doesn’t work! They approve when they want to!

I have been trying to submit service request for the past 4 months without success, I tried on Friday and it went through. after chatting with an agent, one told me my case is in local FO while another said nbc. But the last 3 letters of the service request ID is the local FO. so I guess I was able to submit the request because it is now at a FO. PD is Sept 2022 btw and CRP for 7 months now

@No Hope for CRP you can’t know this if your case is in nbc, that’s why it isn’t allowing you to submit the service request. for processing times at my local FO, my case is outside normal processing time. I submitted 485 since Dec 2022
