my I-131 was approved less than 2 days after I-765 was approved.

I was not expecting to receive it this quick. my lawyer filed in October 3rd, it’s approved in January 23rd. you did received for 5 years right? @E E

@Hopefully hopeful @Ivan b @E E @MEL MAR I can’t see comment of Mel Mar. I was expecting to see approval notice for AP today since it’s been 2 days since the work authorization approved but it hasn’t. I think they only approved my work authorization because nothing is changed in I-131 application.

if your VaWa is already approved I think you just need to wait, you passed the big part @C A

@C A When was the travel date you wrote when you applied AP?

My attorney wrote December, I think you should wait one or two more month if that what they consider

@C A @Hopefully hopeful @E E @MEL MAR guys I’ve just received the approval letter. it says class: c09 valid by 2029 it doesn’t say anything about AP. So it’s just work authorization? and if so, even they approve AP, is it going to be a separate paper or they may send another EA card with serves as advance parole details on i? thanks

@Ivan b congratulations 🎉 It’s separate approval letter for EAD & AP. if you applied for AP you will get a separate notice of action in the mail for it. If you applied the same time for both you will get a combo card if not, separate cards.

@Ivan b both my 765 and 131 got approved on Jan 23 but I haven’t yet received any approval notice or the the actual card. will keep you updated when I get something in the mail.
