Hi everyone, on July 18th I received a notification that “New Card Is being Produced”, “Approved” on the 22nd and on the 23rd “Case Reopened”, any guesses what it may be?

I won't worry about that. It depends on when system is updated. I received a notice once that something was approved then it was denied but still received the card.
