Since I-485 RFE Response Submitted
I’ve got my RFE on Feb 2023 and Submitted those on March 7 2023. There was no update since then until 9/19/2023. I submitted those via only online accounts and finally got an update saying “Response received on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 2:25 p.m. EDT. We will review the evidence.” in the detail below. Still the main status is saying March 7, 2023
“Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received”.
I talked to a Emma agent this morning and he said the last update is they reviwed it on 9/19/2023.
I know this sounds hectic, but anybody has had simliar situation?? I’ve already got my combo card in June 2023.
I wonder how fast they update status once they say it’s reviewed. Sharing any thought would be appreciated.

hello im in the same situation, I just write a post about my situation…
I got my combo card on august 2023 then I received RFE for myi-130 my lawyer told me she sent the answer for Request of evidence since almost 2 months but I never received confirmation from USCIS and when we call they said they never receive it. my lawyer is very bad, it’s hard meet him or contact him on phone, I told her to send another document online but she said we don’t need it it’s a normal procedure. I don’t want to see my case dinied, I have 3 months to send the documents and it’s already 2 months.

I'm in the same situation, my rfe received on January 2023 and they reviewed it on April 2023 and still no status change

@sam shirahoo have you followed up the agent? They told me that follow up in 60 calandar days if I don’t get updated since they reviewd.

@Hy H yes I'm following up since January and it's 8 months now. they say nothing just to wait its in normal processing time. that's it. don't believe them when they say wait 60 or 90 days.

@sam shirahoo yeah I know that the time seems not really matter. It seems like they give just random enough days to make people shut up

@yes exactly. it's never ending 30days it's just a cycle and I'm not believing them anymore. just have to wait 😔

i send my documents again and usps confirm the delivery on October 20th but I’m still waiting confirmation from USCI
