@tired from waitingg the difference is c09 will only give ead whereas c09p will come with a advance parole. people who was just the ead have to put in c09 and who want combo card have to put in c09p. I have always put c09p and always received combo card.

@bobby garlic i did put co9p when I fill up my form but other 2 times they send me combo this time only ead that not about with p or without p uscis just a year ago somehow started not sending combo card to everyone i hope they send my travel permit as a paper

@I eat raw garlic i read that people who are coming now and aaking for aaylum have to get EAD in 30 days. Not sure if that's correct info but it could be also that marriage based GC are priority

@Mrkvica M. yew you are correct. there was a class action lawsuit and they won and due to that all asylum seeker needs to get their ead under 30 days. similarly people who are under 18 and they have a special application which is similar to us called special immigration juvenile. their case needs to be approved within 6 months and since we never filed any lawsuit our cases are going till 40 months.
