We got a response within 3 days of filing and my husband’s biometric will be re-used and we don’t need to go to center for that. They said nothing is outstanding at the time. We sent medical, I-864, joint bank account info and everything that we could think of sending at the time. This message was March 7.

Carol Stream, IL 60197-4053 because I live in NJ and used USPS and filed both forms together.
I received an IOE case number and everything I sent was scanned into the computer. Still at National Benefits Center
