Do you think the '13months/80%cases reviewed' stats from Nebraska is still accurate? All the people I know are past the 13 months timeline without any decision yet from the USCIS.

I am 17 months and they responded to my inquiry saying they have lots of cases ahead of mine in line 😂😂

well at this point we can say everyone should expect 600 days on average.

@Attila Hun Let me tell you about my block, ioe092313. On November 85% of cases where adjudicated, and now I’m part of the rest of cases that can keep going statistically up to 2years getting reviewed. So for my block is very accurate, I don’t know about other cases groups.

@k m Yes, I did the same twice, through Emma requesting an agent. I got the standard answer that “sorry for the delay”, etc.

@secret 007 I don't quite understand your question, but I can share my thoughts. If I decide to proceed with a Priority Processing (PP), I know I’ll typically receive an answer within 45 business days. However, after waiting for 13 months and with my priority date still not current, it doesn’t make sense to me to pursue that option at this time. For now, I’m just waiting and hopeful for a positive response.

@Andy C It means that the "activity reviewed" is now genuinely in progress. They are actually reviewing your case, which may lead to a Request for Evidence (RFE), though we're hoping that won't happen. Sometimes they conduct a second check on our documents for security reasons because they need to clarify certain details. Additionally, they may ask supervisors to review the case before making a final decision, and this will happen soon!

@Jahid Hasan go to their website, then go to the small chat 💬 that shows their, it’s called EMMA, then you ask to know about your case, then fill all the details then put “talk with a human” or “talk to a person” and they’ll put you on a waitlist, to chat with them and ask your questions.

@kseni novak Probably Nov-Dec 23’, we’ll get adjudicated Jan-March 25’. Hopefully! As you know! no one knows how they work! is not linearly, nor they have a pattern. But, let’s be hopeful it’ll happen as soon as possible with a Positive outcome!

140 days here. I personally feels hopeless sometimes reading such of your experiences. May be DoGE could do something different and make GC via EB and H1b could be mindful

@Yes EB Don't feel hopeless; it's just the normal time it takes. After the 80% in 13 months has been reviewed, the remaining 20% can take up to approximately two years. So, we can just wait and hope for a positive outcome! In my case, I'm in November 23’ and I'm not even current, so it doesn't really make much difference for me.

@M E Check if your case is outside the expected timeline. If it is, you can contact them directly through the chat feature or submit an inquiry form on their website. If your case is still within the timeline, we’ll need to wait. However, I’ve noticed that many cases are being adjudicated in around 425 days, so hopefully you’ll be next soon… Good luck!
