Transfer
Morning guys, I just spoke with a live agent through “ask Emma” and I asked if my case was transferred or is it still under review and he responded by saying, “Mount Laurel Field Office” which is the field office based on our address. Tell me, has anyone ever asked and gotten accurate answers because to me this seems like progress.

probably true. it happens at some stage so hopefully they review your case soon. that’s where it happens
