Travel with pending Vawa
Is it ok to travel out of the U.S with advance parole with a pending Vawa case? my father died and I really want to be at his last moment of rest but I’m scared and worried. plz can anyone tell me of you’ve had same experience travelling and how was it? #vawa #advanceparole

yes it is I traveled 4 times this year 3 to my country 1 to Mexico and all was pretty smooth all you need is your active passport and ap. I do not recommend traveling after new president get in office until we see what’s going on so make your trip before Jan 2025 good luck

yes you can Travel in 2025 also don’t worry about new president he just target people who come illegally so don’t worry about it you can travel easily
