eu também já estou com 4 meses de fingerprints e nada do combo. o Texas está sendo o pior service center, muito demorado e só colocam mais casos e quase não vejo casos aprovados :(

Hi! My original receipt date is June 29 2021, and actively reviewing November 4 2021. Texas SC. I’m overseas and my husband is US citizen. I think Texas SC, takes a year to respond... very disappointing

I-485: foi transferido do NBC para o TSC, aplicamos em Out-2020. I-140 aplicamos em Set-2020 via TSC, aprovado em Fev-2021.
Combo (I-131 e 765): aplicamos apenas em Jun-2021, via NBC. O meu foi aprovado via expedite, em Jan-22. O de minha esposa ainda não, aguardando resposta do expedite.
Ainda não entendo a lógica da coisa, digo, qual centro que deve ser enviado um processo etc. Confuso 🥴 . Tenho amigos que são EB3-2 que aplicaram via NBC e não tiveram o processo transferido para o TSC, e já estão com o Green card desde Outubro/21 🤔. Vai entender...

@Thais os advogados fizeram o expedite do meu processo dia 3dez por telefone. Demorou 1 mês para entrarem em contato comigo por telefone. Meu motivo foi finança pessoal. O atendente me perguntou quanto mais eu teria de $$ disponível sem trabalhar (palhaçada!). Enfim, me comentou para juntar documentos justificando essa dificuldade financeira e que um oficial entraria em contato comigo para que eu enviasse essa comprovação. 1 semana depois o status mudou para aprovado, sem eu ter justificado coisa alguma...
Já para minha esposa, ela tem justificativa da empresa - o processo todo está em nome dela - e os advogados entraram com o expedite dia 11/Jan, e status do caso dela está como expedite received.
Vejo bastante gente fazendo via EMMA tb, mas no nosso caso os advogados estão lidando com toda a burocracia de contato, etc.

WASHINGTON— El Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de Estados Unidos (USCIS) anunció hoy cambios para simplificar y mejorar la manera en que la agencia le comunica los datos de los tiempos de procesamiento de casos al público. Como parte de un compromiso de toda la agencia para mejorar la transparencia, la eficiencia y el servicio al cliente, los cambios también facilitan que las personas obtengan una respuesta inmediata sobre cuándo pueden hacer una consulta sobre su caso.
