@s v I was was in in your shoes too my case was also 2018, I contacted them several times I kept sending mail and call, I got my interview done last month and the officer made me to realize they were the ones that made it happen, so this is the link keep on pressuring them.this specific application or petition via the USCIS Contact Center or one of its e-Tools.
