hi I submitted my unsolicited evidence I am us citizen and I applied for my husband it said from 14 months to 21 months is that really going to take that much time I am so worried now. is it accurate??

ignore the timeline online it’s 12-16 months I got my I-130 approved in 361 days back in March. Keep uploading new evidence 🙌

@Mo Me are you sure that the timeline on uscis is not accurate I am just worried now. it shows 19 months now from 21 months

@Sj Kaur it’s not I still had 8 months left when I got approved all of my research said that my case at that NBC would have taken 10+ plus months but it took only 6. Also note however my PD date was March 2023.
