my estimation: any time between now and middle of March. I estimate about 2k pending and current eb3 row applications and I estimate they’re approving around 1k per month.

looking at the numbers - seems like they're still getting through PD 21 and early 22. November 22 and December 22 keep going up in numbers. there's like 1800 December 22 cases. highest out of all the other months
