I uploaded 5 and mailed the package to them and I got a reply within 2 days of arrival that they received my package. I did my biometric on the 24 of May and immediately after I existed the center, I got an email that actively reviewing case. So just upload and post it as well.

list of evidence to prove that the marriage to my wife was a bona-fide marriage. such as joint bank statement, proof of support, communication between us, etc.

TWWW, so you are saying you uploading your evidence to your online account and also mailed the same evidence?

@Samuel, yes because with their limit of 5 uploads, I had more than 5 so I mailed the 5 plus the additional sets as well.

Oh, so I was thinking, to scan more document, save it as a single file, and upload, but I think of the list of evidence they are requesting, we have the minimum of five different document to submit as proof. They might accept additional but five sufficient, four will be a denial,

Honestly I don't know how it works, in my letter sent for the request for evidence it stated that I can upload or mail and I did both and the one I mail I got the response that they received it. the set uploaded it said documents received. so if you have less than 5 then maybe you won't have to mail anything. I want a strong case so I send additional supporting documents. now we're at our first activity review.

@SAMUEL, I have upload over 20+ documents. As you mentioned they only allowed 5 documents with some limit of the size. i combined the realevece items toghter and reduce them to 5. Since all my documents were PDF, I also had to reduce the size using Adobe Acrobat. However, I remember that you are allowed to upload 5 documents for the response and if you have more you can upload them as unsolicited evidence as the RFE mentioned in my case. Good luck !

@ Adam T, in reference to the last section of your comment, after the submission of the 5 uploads, when I selected upload them as unsolicited evidence as RFE , that only brought me back to main page doesn't allowed me to upload anything, didn't matter how much times I selected the option.

So Adam, can I put multiple evidence together and scan and save it with a file and upload it as a single document, so that way, I will upload sufficient evidence, for example, I can put financial document receipts, proof of communication, and insurance beneficiary document and scan them as a single file or document. what do you think

My only problem is I need help, a step by step education on how to reduce document or file size using Adobe Acrobat

Secondly, must I include the original RFE document with my evidence document and upload to my online account? I feel it will be a waste of space because the original RFE document from USCIS is already under my document tab

What is the allowance document size that must be uploaded

Here is the thing, when I combine everything toghter, it was more than the allowd size ( I forgot how much it was, but it should be written in there, once you click on the upload button) so I had to separate them to five gatogeries and upload them as the limit is five. As for the size reduction, I have subscription with Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc, and it was easy, just click on file then choose “ reduce file size”. Hope that helps!

I am about to upload file different files or document, one important question is this: DO I NEED TO INCLUDE THE RFE NOTICE AS PART OF THE DOCUMENT IF IM SUBMITTING MY DOCUMENT ONLINE AND NOT MAILING?

okay so the RFE doc must be a separate upload and it should be the first sheet on each upload

Did you guys also uploaded the rfe letter along with the upload or only what was requested?

@Samuel Quoi hi, I have same curious now with my AOS RFE. I want to ask same question, based on your experience: I can't find 'unsolicited evidence' in 'documents tab'.. so we only able to upload 5 documents? did you upload the RFE letter also?
