USCIS Website No Longer Lists Different Processing Times for I-601A I601A at Potomac and Nebraska - Only HART
When you now check current processing times for I-601A on the USCIS website, you no longer select the location of Nebraska or Potomac. Now the only option is to select "All Service Centers". It also has this note: "Notes As of Jan. 29, 2023, the Humanitarian, Adjustment, Removing Conditions and Travel Documents (HART) Service Center is the only service center processing this form type. The posted processing time listed on this page includes all HART completions." Current processing time shows that 80% of all cases are completed within 44 months, which is the same as has been listed for Potomac for a few months now. #I-601A #I601A #HART #Processing

@Billy Bob I understand that you said they may change the service center from Nebraska to Potomac to enter the information to the system and they move it back again to Nebraska. But I am wondering what about the cases not been transferred at all....My i601a filed on Feb 2021, is it may be they are working 2020 cases now..?

I’ve been waiting since Dec 2020, this year Aug 2023 I got notified it got moved to Potomac, and I haven’t heard since. I’m wondering if this year they are working on 2020 files? anyone know what month they are working on or anything?

I have one question I'm kind of confused The waiver is start day is when you send the application in the beginning or when you pay the waiver All when they send the receipt for the payment of the waiver they send you the new case number That's where time starts counting ????

@Alma Canelo where did you see April 2020 being worked on? I’m on a mission to find out what month of 2020 they are on hahaha I heard some folks say mid feb and March 2020, I will be 3 yrs wait on Dec 2020

been transferred from Nebraska to Potomac than from Potomac to Nebraska now again from Nebraska back to Potomac !

I seen some from 2022 being transferred but mine didn’t move at all. is the transfers for mail in applications alone because mine was done filed online

singh ! no diference at all , they transfer mine 3 times . no movement since september 2023 stuck in nebraska
