@F A one of the lawyer from California said on his Saturday morning Q&A he said NY area got so many fake VAWA cases, so basically they can re-open the cases if USCIS thing it’s a fraud. if you case is legit you don’t have to worry

reopen cases after approved? do u really think it’s true? , think about that, uscis don’t have enough employees to process the cases that still pending, imagine reopen the cases that was already approved, anyway, I don’t think it’s true.

sometimes they send an interview letter after medicals sometimes they approved your case, since u have a strong Vawa case I don’t think they gonna request an interview, but can be random. keep us updated.

@Inder s agreed! NY area has many vawa filers(dont know if its fraud or not), some people just file for vawa easily, despite of being really victim of abuse

@Inder s your response is quite different from what you wrote earlier. you just said they can reopen if they find the case is a fraud, but in your write up you said they re going to reopen approved cases. I thought you meant all approved cases, that was why I asked for the link

@F A lawyer said, trump order to re open the fraud team in USCIS that Biden stopped. in case if immigration thing it’s a fraud they will hand over your case to fraud team and they will investigate everything. He also said if officer think on the day of interview if their is any fraud they can reopen the approved case or can hand over to fraud investigation team. I just telling what lawyer said on Q&A. Lawyer name Jay Terkiana he broadcasted in Punjabi and he also answer a lot of questions regarding refugee cases and how they going to make a new law where you can’t apeal if immigration reject your case straight up deported no appeals ICE will take you right away and he said who check in with ICE be careful they can do anything

@Question Mark Stuff I wrote is told by California top lawyer, please do call him office and confirm Jay Terkiana. He handle all kind of Immigration cases. Asylum, U visa, VAWA etc. Motive is not to scared anyone. Motive is if anyone has fraud case, they can get in trouble, rest all depends on your luck. USCIS don’t even officially post anything only lawyer do and lawyer is telling this on live TV

I never heard of such thing. I know for new cases there will be interview for vawa. you either misunderstood what the lawyer said or that lawyer is sending out wrong information

@Inder s , my vawa approved march 15 , 2024 same month as yours but I didn’t hear anything back from them yet , no RFE no medical exam or interview, at least they sent you an RFE .
