I wish I had a more encouraging answer but I was approved July 1, 2021 for my VAWA and still waiting on GC. I applied for both I-360 & I-485 together on 10/7/2019 and got approval for VAWA 07/1/2021 and still waiting for GC for I-485

@idk 🙂 🥱 you would think so right?? Aparently it’s not even though that’s complete BS but yess I’ve done quite literally all I could do. I have reached out to my Congressman who’s been awesome. He has reached out & is now waiting to hear back. I’m quite literally at the last stage because I just submitted my rfe for medical exam and my stuff is in FO. So I’m almost there but boyyy has this been a LONG journey!

my VAWA was approved April 2023, Green card just got approved June 2024. Earlier this year i had to call USCIS and speak with a representative and they stated my case is at Newark FO, afterwards i had to write a letter to my FO supervisor stating how long my case has been sitting in their office, damages the delay has caused and how i need to visit my family back home. i will say that letter really helped fast track my case. I485,I130,I765 and I131 was submitted 2018 while I360 was submitted 2021.

I don’t mean to sound cliche but guys if y’all vawa is approved be grateful 🙏🏿…I-45 isn’t gonna take that long any more.there are some people who still waiting for vawa approval..

@gauti par i didn’t submit any evidence of abuse, all i submitted was my story,5 people who wrote similar stories, taxes we filled together, pictures, light bill, lease of agreement, internet bill and copies of statement of joint account.

case approved March 2023. Still no greencard up to today

@idk 🙂 🥱, I sent it on a Thursday and it got delivered on monday 06/24 and I recieved an update 06/28 stating new card is being produced.

My VAWA was approved June 2023, I-485 interview January 2024, rfe for more evidence requested and submitted February 2024, rfe for i-864w May 23rd 2024, rfe response sent out June 4th, i-485 updated June 17th 2024, “New card being produced” and GC delivered June 29th 2024. I started my VAWA process in June 2021 (Priority date June 28th 2021). HOUSTON TX FIELD OFFICE. It can only be God.
