My experience was 4 months after vawa approved I had my gc approved. Filed I-485 back in 2019 and filed vawa in feb 2020.

PD VAWA/AOS filed concurrently July 2020. 360 approved Dec 2022. Deficiency medicals received 90 days after approval. Waiting…

@Davis C how recent was your birth certificate that you used for Vawa? I already filed my birthcertificate for my GC marriage petition but I am going to file Vawa soon. My birthceriticate was issued in the fall of 2020. It is too old to use for Vawa? Please let me know if you know anything. Thank you

I will be in the same situation: filed GC marriage petition early 2022. and ready to file Vawa soon. Did you transfer your initial I485 and I130 or did you file a new I485 with Vawa? If you transferred them, how can you transfer them? any form or cover letter? Thank you so much
