@sam Singh, I got RFE in may2021 for police record and I got prima facia immediately they received my RFE for 1year after that I got another 6month which is to expire next month. my present EAD is Co9 under my previous marriage

@chad R, I have a lot of evidence, Joint bank statements from credit cards (Capital one and American Express) for 2years, bank statements from Wells Fargo, all the bills (light, gas, electricity, water,rental insurance), police clearance, wedding pictures, date night pictures, events pictures, junk mails in his name, text messages of threats. etc Just keep any record you feel it’s ok. I would say you should look for a good lawyer too. All the best.

@bibi Rahima, so far i have seen 2 people, for October and November 2021 getting their approvals. This office is so unpredictable, anything can happen. let's hope for the best.

I received another ead after it was approved despite my last one being valid. 2 year card, still waiting for my interview.

@Fun Olu, yes. it's approved. I have the same here too. I have a 2 year ead co9 category valid for 2 years and I just got another ead category c31 valid for 2 years based on my approved vawa 360

@fun olu. No, C09 does not mean your i360 is approved. Instead the C31 means your i360 is approved. You will be given C09 as the initial EAD while your case is processing. Once your i360 get approved, they will send you another EAD with C31. I have both C09 and C31 that will expire 2024.

@ling ling. I got hold of my C31 yesterday. it’s 2yrs just like the C09. But it’s not a combo card. it’s only a bare work authorization. what about you?

hi everyone I got email from NVC approved my all documents now waiting interview

I got my I-693 Deficiency notice some days back. I’m waiting for USCIS to let me know to submit my medical examination

@outlander ok I already submitted mine last month, my lawyer advised me to do a new medical and sent it immediately when my i360 case was approved. hopefully we hear good news soon.

@outlander, will advise you to go ahead and send it.. Don’t waste no time waiting for them.

@ling ling, on the letter, USCIS warned not to submit until I’m asked to, to avoid delay on my case. They’ll notify me when to submit or if I have to bring it along on interview date, if interview is required.

I’ll just do the exam and have it with me. my lawyer said I’m a matter of weeks, USCIS will send another notification indicating how to submit the report.

@Chiku, unfortunately, you can’t expedite interview. is your interview based on VAWA? If you are going through physical abuse, call the law enforcement agent or leave.

@chiku94 shah, you can leave you abuse spouse while still married since you have filed for VAWA. You can not expedite your case unfortunately! The waiting game is tiring but let’s be hopeful. I wish you good luck 👍

@ling ling did you do an interview? My 5 years EAD and advanced parole was approved in March , then today I got vawa saying card being produced. What do I expect next? My I-485 was initially based on marriage but we notified the office in charge back then that I would be switching to vawa . I put in my vawa October 2021 and new card produced August 2024 . I want to know what next ? I submitted medical when I applied for vawa back then and submitted everything. Please advise. Thank you
