i360 is in no way connected to i130. 360 is a VAWA and I130 is a petition from your spouse. almost a third of everyone here had their i130 approved. My advice for you is to follow that trend and wait patiently. Unless you come From the UK or Germany, Ireland etc I would assume your case will go quickly due to those security checks, otherwise patiently wait . Just saying

@Mighty G well i was told by my atorney that if you have an i130 approval that it might be useful to show you uscis that there was a bonafide marriage and at the end the relation didn’t workout. and since since you suffered abuse it might kinda help.

it will only help to prove a bonafied marriage but not for a faster adjudication. I have an approved i130 and I’ve been waiting since April 2022

@S S looks like most European countries do process security checks quicker and are trusted due to interpol etc unlike those countries that are outside those zones. for instance most cases from Europe are processed quicker and fast updates.
