I think her case will get denied. even if she receives her green card and uscis learn that she got married while vawa was pending, it would get revoked.

@Anonyme Ann that would mean that she is lying to uscis. It's the same thing when uscis asks for divorce proof from nigeria. And do you think you can get married in Europe and then get married in Africa and then in USA and countries won't know? That's illegal.
