VAWA processing times
For all VAWA applicants! USCIS changed their processing times from 24-31 months to 25.5 months. It’s not that much, but at least it’s 5 months faster than it was! I’m currently at 27 months, so hopefully I’ll have news soon. Hope this helps!

@funmi Ashafi Same here! I didn’t have to submit any additional rfe.. it was all included in my VAWA application from the beginning. Did you receive your EAD yet or what is your current case status?

Case received March 2020, no rfe, 4 PF’s and 2 c09 ead combo cards. Waiting for vawa approval for c31 card. Been 25.5 months now.1-360 says fee waived since.

@funmi ashafa I had 3 PF and then March 30th received my c31 EAD but also still waiting on approval notice ever since.. it’s not supposed to take that long if they already granted you a c31 EAD. So frustrating! Did you file for an I485 or did you keep that in abeyance from a previous case?

@D m My status changed on March 23rd, 2022 to ‘new card being produced’. Before that my last status change was on May 12, 2020 saying ‘we received your response for form I-360’.

@D m last year I applied for an extension of c09 an I received it a couple of weeks ago right after I received c31 so now I have two with one month difference in expiration date.
