you got find your local congressman call the number and ask them you need help for immigration then they will send privacy release form you fill up with your case information and send them back they will send inquiry for you

i responded my rfe last year december still no response yet , attorney just saying to wait vawa takes upto 30months processing time

@ka m, it’s between 3-4months after submitted RFE / ADDITIONAL RFE. then again it’s case to case varies I believe. I received within 100days after submit additional RFE. I hope the answer helps. have patience. patience is virtue. 🤞🏻

@ka m, while I submit my i360 I provide everyone almost, but I received for Additinal RFE, which was following. 1- Good Moral- Tax, 1099 / w2, IRS transcript, any statement from someone who knows you well, employment notice from HR, police clearance certificate, FBI report. 2- Residence & Good Faith Marriage- any pictures related marriage, engagement, any special occasions, any insurance policies, any bills that proved you resided same house, detailed affidavits from friends / people who can verify about our relationship & marriage with abuser. 3- Battery and / Extreme Cruelty- self affidavit statement with abuser, whiteness affidavit, 3rd party affidavit who can corroborate about my claim of abusive relationship with abuser.

yes last 2020..submitted response ..but they just issued 2 more prima facies..im still waiting..and hoping

yes and I got 4 times prima facies RFE was April 2021 for good moral after that I’m still waiting
