Hi @LM F ! I just got the ‘Case was denied’ on my I-140 yesterday, I’m waiting on the reason to come by mail, after waiting for 3 months on my RFE - pretty similar with your case, but mine was filled to Texas Service Center.
I’m a EB-2 NIW, but I’m skeptical if I should appeal, overturning decisions are unlikely from what I read. How was your experience appealing?

Hi @Jose B! It was actually fast than I expected. From what I’ve read, decisions will be issued within 90 days up to 2 years but I got the decision in less than 3 months. My lawyer submitted a letter along with newly found evidence as what the USCIS required us to submit.
