walk in to ASC without appointment letter and early appointment date.
hey, guys I want to share my biometric experience, after July 18,I cell to USCIS try to check my case status , the specialist telling me I have biometric appointment on 8/13,and will be sent me appointment letter, I wait to 2 weeks I still doesn’t have any letter or online account update, so I try to walk in to my Application Support Center find out if they can help me do something, so I give my case number, they find my appointment, so I tell them can I make fingerprints today? after the lady talk to her supervisor and she allowed me take biometric today. so if you guys know your appointment but you don’t get the your letter yet, you can try to walk in, hope my experience can help you.

you can cell to UCSIC phone number, and just say you need change interview appointment, only interview appointment that will be connect to real agent, 9:00-11:00 AM ET is easy to cell in. after 12:00pm that will be waiting for 60+ minutes. good luck!

hey, Jd, let me know when your interview got scheduled. I just call the USCIS the live agent telling me my interview is not scheduled yet, I have to keep waiting for it.
