We have taken an action email
This morning I received couple of emails from USCIS stating they have taken an action on my case. But after signing in to USCIS website, it just says Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS and in documents tab I see I-130 approval PDF. what does it mean? I checked the PDF, it says above petition has been approved. they have sent the petition to NVC and I should hear back from them within 45 days.

@Mrs Ans I think applying I-129F with I-130 made the process quicker but still can't believe it. I hope you get approved soon too.

Congrats!! Sometimes applying for k3 works. Your case have been approved real fast. I didn't know about k3 until it was too late to file it. I'm from june 2023 and still waiting

The same thing happened to me today, my husband's was from October 2023 and I submitted the K3 in January and today they approved my I-130
