I got three notifications yesterday on my acc: 2 actively reviewing 765 and 485 and 1 for ‘ead card is being produced’. so apparently there were only 3. but I got 4 emails. I guess I’m reading into this too much. will see if there’s any update on my acc in the next couple of days

Please how many days after you filled did you guys get approved for EAD?

Thanks, mine is just showing actively reviewed after biometrics. Did yours do that? I don’t have ny EAD hey

it did that too and later on changed to ‘card is being produced’ on the same day.

@Kathy Mudi, let me know if you receive any ‘we have taken an action on your case’ emails tomorrow morning, too.

Thanks NP. I received 2 emails saying we have taken action on your account the morning after biometrics but it’s been 9 days since then and no work permit. It is 33 days since I filed so far.

Kathy, then I think the two emails were just automatic emails about the updates they made to your I-485 and I-765. people say when an officer does something to your files, it triggers those automatic emails. I guess the emails i received this morning were just the actions they took yesterday, i.e., made an update to show that my I-485 and i765 were being actively reviewed, then they approved i765 and sent me a notice. I hope you’ll hear good news soon about your i765 and i485
