I don't think so since Nebraska just increased the processing time to 11.5 months. but let's hope what you say is true 🤣

@Anto A Texas is still 9.5 months - which doesn't mean anything to me since my case is almost turning 12 months old and I still don't have a response. But let's hope approvals rate will improve soon with the arrival of the new FY.

@Anto A the earliest that I can submit is Dec 04th. It changes all the time. it was Dec 16 and Dec 24 a couple of weeks ago.

@Ramon Adegoke no RFE. The only thing that I got from them was in April an email saying: "we've taken an action to your case". But it wasn't anything in fact.. no movements... nothing... status is still "received". It seems a lot of people receive the "we've taken an action" email too.

@Ǣ M° please share your experience once you get any response from them. I had a consultation with a lawyer who said to me that it was better to wait, my case seemed to be very close to an adjudication. It was back in July when I had this conversation with the lawyer.
