what means Estimated time until case decision ?
in January my case was 5 weeks until interview and then changed to your case is taken more than expected, so few months later it say 3 weeks until case desicion with out an interview. someone have a case like me ? I’m going to have a decision without interview ?

I filed in May 2022. Chatted with a live agent last week and they told me my interview was waived since September 2022. Got 130/485 approval yesterday. Yours is probably around the corner.

I filed an I-130 Petition for Alien Relative on January 27, 2023. In April 2024, they told me that there are 3 weeks left before the decision would be made, After that I saw this in your post,Your case is taking longer than expected to process.
