which of the affidavit of support will my wife file for me since they have different types of affidavit of support and we will be using a sponsor too.
Greetings please we are on the send stage of our application. form I 130 has been approved but we don't no which of the affidavit of support we should fill. also we will be using a sponsor because my wife is not fully elegible to sponsor me alone. please i need direction on which affidavit of support my wife need to file and the one our sponsore will equally use when fileing for us thanks.

send them as much proof as you have: join taxes for last 3 years, join lease agrement , bank account, phone bill , anything that shows both your and your spouses names.

for affidavit of support you need to file form i864
if you're doing adjustment of status i485,i765 and i131
