which service center to send the I29F application?
i filed my 130 in may 2022, which was originally at Potomac center but now the case has moved to Texas center. i want to send it 129F to see if It can expedite the process a bit, which service center should I send it to?

Unfortunately, you can’t choose service center. USCIS choose service center
