why my case not in CRP yet? india pd oct 22
i see many of the india filers have their status as CRP.. however my case is still shows that fingure was received?
dose my case yet to be reviewed before it go to CRP status?
any idea or thoughts?

@a m better to be in that status because CRP status cases are not picking up by NBC soon after current. but your case directly NBC assigne to FO so you will save the turn around time. CRP nothing but a side car parking

@a m did you submitted medicals ? if so, then it should go to crp if all looks good

@sat ban yes I submitted when I filled first.. then I received an rfe again in july 24 which I submitted again

I have EB1 PD in 2022 as well. Ours was in transferred to another office status till Jan 2024. We received medical RFE. After replying to RFE, status moved to CRP in Feb or March 2024. When did your RFE reach USCIS?
