Interview cancelled 2 months ago

What is the projected time? after cancellation (said due to unforeseen circumstances) I never received any notice, been submitting inquiries why it is taking long, sending emails the congressman, submitted missing notice also but they say no notices found at this time, called with Infopass - tier 2 officer never called back nor emailed.. how long? I know the last option is to sue, but it also costs $$$

interview cancelled and notice order

hello, my vawa was approved and I was scheduled for my I-485 interview September last year, which I went with my lawyer, since then my status has been showing interview scheduled, they didn’t update it to interview completed. today I got an update that the interview was canceled. Am so confused right now, any one with similar situation please ?
