you don’t get a 5 year green card. it’s either 2 or 10. 10 if you’ve been married for longer than 2 years, or if your application takes that long to get approved. 2 year one if you’ve been married less than 2 years and your case it approved before it goes to 2 year marriage.

If you've been married less than two years at the time your GC is issued (or time of entry for consulate), you're issued a 2-year conditional green card, yes. You have to file and pay to have the conditions removed.
