mine was 5months now it changed to 7month, but the online progress time it’s not accurate, constantly hearing lawyers saying it

Ignore the processing time tab. it's notoriously inaccurate. ours has counted down at least 4 times already. they need to take it off the website

how did you check the processing time?

you might not see anything if you only filed recently @sarah ford I saw mine after a month of filing

so you select your case, it will say sections, under sections youll see case status, MY PROGRESS (the dates we’re talking about now), case history and documents

@sarah ford don’t worry if you don’t see it cos its not even accurate
